Impact For Women
Impact for Women provides hope and support to women and children escaping extreme violence at home.
Impact for Women provide gifts and services to women escaping domestic violence, allowing recipients to envision the possibility of a happier and safer future. Impact also initiated a free Court Child Care program at Moorabbin Magistrates’ Court. This initiative is for when the mother is in court regarding a domestic violence case the children can be looked after by child care workers and not subjected to the details of the case.
2023 Pitch
Funds Raised: $46,500
Kate pitched representing Impact for Women to raise funds to support the increasing demands of their Court Child Care program. The program has been extremely well received with Court asking for a second day a week. This is where the additional funding is critical and will be used to enable Impact for Women to fulfil that request,.
The Impact…
Impact for Women pivoted their funds as the Court Child Care program was no longer required as people were allowed to attend their court hearings virtually. The funds were redirected towards their essential ‘Bags of Love’.
