Talent Beyond Boundaries facilitate international recruitment opportunities for displaced talent and work with governments to open new visa pathways that are accessible to refugees. Their model produces a ‘win-win-win’: economies benefit, global employers gain access to a previously untapped talent pool, and skilled refugees and their families find safety, security, and the agency to rebuild their lives in communities where their talents are needed.
