Mindfull Aus
Mindfull Aus encourages those affected by mind and behavioural health challenges to put wellness back in their own hands so that they can lead healthy, happy and fulfilling lives.
Its work is largely focused on suicide prevention, facilitating programs and training to youth within primary schools and holiday programs, and supporting regional and rural communities.

CEO Matt Runnalls pitched for funding to implement Mindfull Aus’ primary school program in high risk areas of suicide in Gippsland, Victoria.
The Impact…
Unfortunately due to Covid, Mindfull Aus was unable to deliver their programs due to the restrictions placed on schools and the absence of in-person events in 2020. However, they adapted and used the funding to establish themselves further and are now well placed in 2021 to deliver their Primary Program to schools far and wide. Five primary schools and over 1000+ students are already locked in!
