Left Write Hook delivers a research-informed recovery program combining non-contact boxing and expressive writing to support adult survivors of child sexual abuse and complex trauma. Designed to help participants reclaim power over their bodies and narratives, the program offers a trauma-informed, embodied healing experience that uniquely bridges physical movement and creative self-expression.

Pitched at Equity and Inclusion event for support to deliver a 12-week trauma-informed program tailored for women and gender-diverse people who have experienced complex trauma, including family and domestic violence.
