Bloss – Riverina Pregnancy and Baby Loss is a Riverina based charity, who provide support to families who have lost a baby through miscarriage, pregnancy, stillbirth & neonatal death.
Bloss provide support by holding remembrance events, peer support groups, gifting care packs and remembrance items, and supporting families through difficult milestones and acknowledgement for Bereaved Mothers Day, Bereaved Fathers’ Day and Christmas. They provide both adult and family friendly support activities considerate to the family or individual needs. They also provide linkages to local support services. One main gap identified locally is limited experienced qualified clinicians who can provide immediate support without waiting times to access counselling services.

Funds Raised: $26,200
Jack pitched to raise money so Bloss can provide a package of support to families to access a variety of supports that will assist them through their journey after losing a baby. The package of support will offer 2 components: 10 x counselling sessions with no out of pocket or gap fees. Secondly the money raised will include a selection of practical supports - which may include gardening, food, cleaning, maintenance, funeral contribution, remembrance items, self care activities, child care for siblings, activities for families, bill assistance.
